1. What is included in the startup solar package?
The package is a complete, pre-connected system that includes:

2. What is the total storage capacity?
The system provides a total of 2,500 watts of battery storage.
3. Where are you located?
We are located in Mandeville at 3 1/2 Caledonia Road, right across from Mandeville School, near Caledonia Mall.
4. How can I receive my system?
You have two options:
In-store pickup: You can come directly to our Mandeville location to collect it.
Delivery: We can ship it to you via courier services like Dory Express or Door Express.
5. How much does delivery cost?
For courier service delivery, you should budget approximately $25,000.
6. Can the system run a refrigerator all night?
Yes. Most refrigerators use between 150 and 250 watts. With 2,500 watts of storage, the system is capable of running a fridge throughout the night.
7. Can this system run an Air Conditioning (AC) unit?
No. This specific starter system is not designed for high-load appliances like air conditioners.
8. Is there a larger setup available?
Yes. We offer a larger configuration that includes a 5,000-watt inverter, four solar panels, and four batteries, allowing you to power more appliances.
9. How difficult is the installation?
The system comes pre-mounted and pre-connected. Once it arrives, you simply need to place the panels in the sun, turn on the inverter, and start using it.
10. What is the price of the startup package?
As of the current recording, the starter system is priced at $298,500.
11. How long does it take to receive the system?
Our standard timeframe is 10 working days. However, due to current customs delays, the current wait time is approximately 20 working days.
12. Is full payment required for the system
Yes, full payment is required for all our starter systems before we begin configuring them.
